Jacquie Morgan is the proud mother of triplet girls and the grandmother of seven wonderful grandchildren. Over the past 21 years, she has dedicated her career to the Health Industry.

During the first decade of her career, Jacquie honed her skills at the Armidale Rural Referral Hospital, taking on various roles, including managing the Outpatient clinic and serving as the Medical Officer Coordinator for the last four years of her tenure there.

For nearly 12 years, she was been the Practice Manager at Rusden Street Medical Practice (now known as Health on Rusden), a facility that supported six General Practitioners, three Registrars, three Registered Nurses, and seven Administration staff.

Jacquie holds both a Certificate IV in Practice Management and a Diploma of Professional Practice Management. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in her active participation in conferences, workshops, and webinars. She regularly attends prominent events such as the AAPM yearly conference and RDN conferences to stay current in her field.

In 2021, Jacquie was honoured as the GP Synergy Practice Manager of the Year for North and Northwest NSW. She is also a Certified Practice Manager with AAPM. Her professional engagements include serving as a panellist at the 2013 AAPM conference, where she shared insights into working with GP Synergy registrars and appearing on a 2018 podcast discussing the implementation of eScripts in her practice.

In addition to her work at Rusden Street Medical Practice, Jacquie collaborated with the Bourke Aboriginal Corporation Health Service (BACHS), assisting their team with accreditation preparations.

With a wealth of experience and a passion for the health sector, Jacquie is eager to continue sharing her knowledge and insights to benefit others.
